Terms & Conditions – Peak Mobile Detailing

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Peak Mobile Detailing, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. These terms apply to all services provided by our company, whether booked online, by phone, or in person.

2. Appointments & Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the vehicle and sufficient space for our team to perform detailing. Please ensure your vehicle is parked in an accessible location (driveway, garage, or lot) with adequate lighting and clearance.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, or digital payment methods. Late or declined payments may result in additional fees or refusal of future service.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled time incur no penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% charge of the booked service.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re unsatisfied with the result, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We’ll gladly inspect the issue and, if appropriate, provide a touch-up or partial service credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.

6. Vehicle Condition

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, excessive wear, or defects already present in the vehicle (including scratches, torn upholstery, or faded paint). We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle’s condition poses safety or hygiene risks.

7. Personal Belongings

Please remove personal items before your appointment. Peak Mobile Detailing is not liable for loss or damage to any personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

8. Weather & Safety

Mobile detailing services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather or working conditions. We’ll contact you promptly to rebook at no extra charge.

9. Liability

While every precaution is taken to protect your vehicle, Peak Mobile Detailing is not responsible for damage resulting from manufacturer defects, prior poor repairs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

10. Changes to Terms

Peak Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
