Refund Policy

At Peak Mobile Detailing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our work and strive to deliver results that meet or exceed your expectations.

Satisfaction Guarantee

 

If you’re not completely satisfied with your detail, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We’ll happily review the issue and, if appropriate, schedule a free touch-up to correct any areas of concern.

Refund Policy

 

 

Because detailing is a service and time-based business, we do not offer full refunds once work has been completed. However, in rare cases where service could not be completed or the outcome falls far below the expected standard, partial refunds or service credits may be issued at management’s discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: no fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment: 50% of the service total may be charged.

  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

 

 

 

Weather & Mobile Limitations

If bad weather or unsafe conditions prevent service, we’ll reschedule at no charge or issue a service credit for a future appointment.
